Refund policy

At Laced Up Kicks, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at lacedupkicksstore@gmail.com and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect size received
  • Incorrect colour or item received
  • Item arrives damaged or faulty

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Show no signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery
  • Be returned with original packaging, tags, and included accessories (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Incorrect size selection made by the customer
  • Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Return requests made outside the 14-day return window

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow standard banking processing times for the funds to appear.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our end (incorrect item, incorrect size sent, or damaged product), return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed at our discretion.

If a return is approved for any other eligible circumstance, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
